About Us
Our Background
St. Vincent Model College Maanyi is a mixed boys’ and girls’ boarding and day secondary school offering both ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level education. Founded in 2024 by Hon. Vincent Nnyanzi Makumbi, the school was established to meet the growing need for quality education outside the greater Kampala Metropolitan Area.
The founders envisioned a model institution that would uplift the socio-economic status of learners through holistic education built on strong values, discipline, and academic excellence. At its inception in 2024, the school enrolled its first cohort of 98 students.
St. Vincent Model College Maanyi is fully licensed by the Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports.
